Cost effective and accurate dispensing into pails
Designed specifically for small batch production environments N15B dispensers are fixed configuration, weight-based systems ideal for producing pail-sized batches of non-hazardous liquid products.
N15B dispensers are optimally designed to offer the best value system for dispensing into pails. These cost-effective systems provide fully automated dispensing benefits without requiring significant capital investment.
The system is designed for pail-sized batching operations, producing from 4.6l to 20l (2 to 5-gallon) batches in as little as 3 minutes*.
The N15B utilizes proprietary Novaflow 2-stage dispense valves along with proven Novaflow dispensing hardware and software resulting in fast, accurate and repeatable dispensing.
Utilizing robust diaphragm pumps, products are drawn directly from source containers. Three configurations with different source container arrangements are available to meet specific production needs—see reverse side for details.
Pumps and fluid circuit components are selected according to product chemical properties and rheology to ensure optimum system performance.
Powered by the industry standard Novaflow dispensing and materials management software, the operator has complete control and visibility of product usage and production data.
The N15B includes an adjustable shelf allowing dispensing into containers of different heights, as well as a printer to automatically produce container labels for reliable identification of finished products.
Installation is simple and can be supported as a self-install or by specialised technicians.
